Services

Notriv provides tools for document upload, e-signature, remote online notarization workflows, secure sharing, intake forms, document storage, audit records, payment checks, and related dashboard features. Features may vary by plan, state, availability, identity requirements, and notary availability.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite or authorize.
• We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Documents, Consent, and Authority

• You are responsible for documents you upload, send, sign, share, or process through Notriv.
• You must have the right to provide documents and recipient information to Notriv.
• You are responsible for obtaining required consent from recipients, signers, clients, staff, or workflow participants.
• Notriv is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice about whether a document, signature, notarization, workflow, or filing is valid for your specific use.

Notarization and E-Signature

Notarization availability and requirements may vary by state, document type, identity verification, signer location, notary availability, and applicable law. You are responsible for confirming that remote online notarization and electronic signatures are appropriate for your document and jurisdiction.

Payments, Trials, and Plans

• Payments, trials, subscriptions, one-time purchases, and billing details are processed through Stripe.
• Plan access, limits, trial periods, renewals, and pricing are shown at checkout or in the product.
• Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew until canceled or changed.
• You are responsible for taxes, fees, chargebacks, failed payments, and billing information associated with your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Notriv to violate law, infringe rights, upload malware, harass people, send spam, misrepresent identity or authority, evade identity checks, interfere with the service, or process documents you are not authorized to handle.

Third-Party Services

Notriv uses third-party providers for payments, authentication, storage, email, SMS, video sessions, analytics, error monitoring, CAPTCHA, and document processing. Their services may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to provide Notriv.

Availability and Changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above shows when the current version became effective.

Disclaimers and Liability

Notriv is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, except where such limits are not allowed by law.
